The idea of creating a targeting system came to the Mentor at the moment when the Engineers were armed with the 'Avenger' cannons, but the project seemed impossible at the time. Later the 'Horizon” was completed and improved under Ivys leadership. Allows zooming in on enemies and landing more precise shots. Enemy detection radius increases to 350 m. Zoom: 6.5x.
